We are looking for a licensed nurse with further education in diabetes care, approximately 4-8 hours a week as needed, for Min Doktor Health Center & BVC in Nyköping.

As a diabetes nurse with us, you will have an independent, varied, and meaningful assignment. You will be responsible for:

• Follow-up and treatment of patients with diabetes

• Your own clinic focusing on patient education, lifestyle counseling, and medication adjustment

• Close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other professionals for safe and cohesive care

You will also have the opportunity to influence the development of our routines and working methods; your ideas and competence are highly valued here. The work is carried out both physically and digitally. We also staff the primary care emergency service within Region Sörmland.

Welcome to Min Doktor Health Center and BVC, the small health center with a big heart. Here you will find modern and cozy facilities in Rosenkälla, just outside central Nyköping. We currently have over 3,800 registered patients and continue to grow as more and more discover our care, accessibility, and high quality.
